All prices are listed in Swiss Francs. The VAT is included in the quoted price.

Leni Adam offers payment via Stripe. Any costs for money transfers shall be borne by the customer.

Upon receipt of payment, the jewellery will be handmade for you and shipped within the specified delivery time.

Each gemstone is unique and bears its own history of millions of years. The jewellery of Leni Adam will be handmade for you with care and passion in the atelier of Leni Adam.

Therefore, please expect a delivery period of up to 4 weeks within Switzerland. The parcels are shipped by registered post from Tuesday to Friday by the Swiss Post. The delivery costs of CHF 20.- are not included in the price and will be added at checkout.

Each package must be accepted with the signature of the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to organise the receipt of the package.

Leni Adam has an obligation to send the ordered goods. This obligation is fulfilled with the handover of the ordered product to the transport company. After dispatch, the risk of accidental damages or loss of the product passes on to the customer. Leni Adam is not responsible for any fault of the transport company.

All international orders are sent through the Swiss Post. The delivery costs are CHF 20.- and will be added to the stated price at checkout.

Please note that customs and import charges are not included in the stated price listed on the homepage. They are determined by the customs agency within the country of destination. Leni Adam does not cover these costs and they are collected at the time of delivery.

Leni Adam is obliged by law to label the content and value of the package. Leni Adam does not assume responsibility for problems with the importation of the goods. It can be that packages are opened at customs. Customers will not be refunded the shipping cost in the event of a refusal of an international shipment by the receiver.

Leni Adam offers the right to return all purchased products within 7 days of receipt.

The jewellery has to be returned unworn, in the same condition as upon receipt and in its original packaging.

Returns will only be accepted if an email has been sent to info@leniadam.ch within this time. If Leni Adam has not received an email within 7 days after receiving the goods, the right of return expires.

Shipping costs, customs duties and all other costs incurred for the return of the products are not covered by Leni Adam and must be fully borne by the customer.

The returned goods will be inspected by Leni Adam upon receipt. Leni Adam reserves the right to refuse a return if the conditions mentioned above are not met. 

The money, minus any costs incurred for the return, will be transferred to the account used for the payment of the jewellery. 

Leni Adam attaches great importance to the high quality and standards of the jewellery. Therefore, she carries out quality checks at each step of production. Leni Adam grants a one-year warranty on the jewellery. The warranty lasts 360 days from receipt of the jewellery.

The warranty is only valid for normal wear and does not cover cases in which the jewellery has been damaged, distorted or scratched.

The warranty does not apply if the item has been repaired, in the meantime, by someone other than Leni Adam.

Please send an email first with your name and a photo of the damaged jewellery.

Leni Adam reserves the right to refuse repairs under warranty if the above conditions are not met.

Delivery costs are not covered by Leni Adam. However, there is the possibility to bring the jewellery directly to the atelier of Leni Adam and to collect it there.
